You Can't

You Can't

A Poem by Tenten

You can't be in love!
You're always supposed to want it
Supposed to hate it
Desperately crave it
Need it, desire it
But never attain this 'love'
An artists work is never about being in love
It's about the world
Just outside of having love
It's about
the suffering in wanting
the pain in needing
the happiness in finding
But never love itself
You can't be in love!
An artists work is never about being in love
