I've Seen Beauty

I've Seen Beauty

A Poem by Tenten

I’ve seen beauty all this life

In wrinkled faces and calloused palms

In determined fiery eyes

In young mother smiles and glittering orbs

I’ve known beauty since birth

Her changing looks

Truth glimmering beneath flesh

Around the souls in plays of light

Beauty comes in sudden moment realization

A stay - fade realization, light play tick

Of smiles, laughter, tears, glares a wave, a wind burst

The highlight to constant elegance

These tired eyes seem to miss
