A Poem by Tenten

Cast shadows on your right

Constantly saying ‘I love you’

Longing to be by your side

Hoping that your pain resides

Your unhappiness causes wonder

Slowly walking away from ‘our time’

Silent denying the desire to stay

Holding tightly to the memory of you

Laughing sadly at the absence of your words

Your lack of presence hurts this heart

Finding smiles that brighten a room

Falling in love with new tunes

Going into the heart of others before you

Coming to acknowledge eternity is short

Momentary time span of growing

Releasing desire to be your always

Slowly understanding change is evolution

Kneeling in front of Mother peacefully

Harmless hands bending terminology to

Find the purpose of saying silent farewell to dwelling longing
