she saidA Poem by Tenten
She said I created your insanity She said I drove you past Edges, brinks, cliffs, and roads She said I am to blame for the birth of pain She said the madness lies in these palms Stealing you away from reality She said cruel words impassively She said truth I dare not accept Drowning out her words in imagined lies And here I sit by your side And here I exist your lover pride Driving you beyond insanity And her I lay in your warmth And her I am creating passion With finger tips and dried lips And here I will be for a long while And here I find contentment To your moans and pleas of further She said I created your insanity And here I weave the beauty of depravity © 2008 TentenAuthor's Note
