Trying to convey

Trying to convey

A Poem by Tenten

I think I only ever told one soul

…and I did not fully convey

But either way she knew,

Understood what I meant to say

No illusions, the raw knowing

In a similar way she felt it too

Wanted the same expressed….

….in her own method

I’m unsure if I’ll tell another soon

It’s challenging to understand

I want for others to know

To feel that they can understand

Connection deeper than flesh

Comfortable in every way

No awkwardness in showing different ways

A multitude of unsaid strongly expressed levels

Speaking on… for more than base of heart

Handing out the knowledge, further is there

More than what is accepted…

….more than what eyes blankly behold

I’d like for there to be more than her

That know and feel, that feel similar

Someday, maybe, another will know

Spreading out this ‘something more’

In my own way
