moments of weakness

moments of weakness

A Poem by Tenten

In a moment of weakness

of fear

I asked for help

            I begged

In the past you had proved

            shown undisguised

That the pain felt inside

            consuming selfishly

Would be dealt with by your hands

banished by your brand of light

So I requested out of foolishness

            out of school girl dreams

I apologize now

            strength will be found

Inside another lovers soul

            inside the other’s who know

The all consuming sin

            the thievery of childhood

Really beautifuly done. I liked the layout too. Kepp going with this!! you have so much room for description, I do feel, as a reader, the way you felt...but I think as a reader, I should feel like I am you. add more to this to make it extradorinary, right now though, its just really good.
