Great acrostic poem. I love the theme - and movie...

I've seen the movie years ago, and you did beautifully on this poem, so well written, it expressed such lovely feelings!

Not a big fan of the movie, but that's just me.

A great poem, my friend.

That is a real delightful movie... John Cusak in one of my favorite actors...

A wonderful acrostic.... somethings we make happen and others are fate.

A movie I adore~ And an acrostic, poem, a style I am not good with .. but.. this one is perfect.I wonder about fate, serendipity .. luck maybe..
To pull luck from the skies is a perfect line .. I wish it for us all.
Very thoughtful and ingenious write .. this acrostic.

ah very clever acrostic, wonderfully crafted, I've not seen the film, but I can judge the poem, which I enjoyed - "in happenstance, phenomenon of passing, in fortuitous birth, to pull luck from the skies" (what an image - pulling luck from skies!) nice!

Clever you, using that word so beautifully - an acrostic no less i suppose. Haven't seen the film, seems I must .. and will, after reading your sweet, sweet poem.

To pull luck from the skies...what a vision that is...and an ending to this piece. Loved this...you told the story perfectly in this short piece...

Craig, I rewatched this one again in the last few days and thought about writing a work about the movie or about the word serendipity then I see your work..Enjoyed the work and the picture..Glad that I chose this one to read this afternoon..Thanks for the kind review of my work..I also have an herb garden..I don't know how much damage the cold did to it though this year..Sunflower
