I want to immerse

myself in you
mesh together
hand-to-hand
heart-with-heart.

Memorize you

every dream

every freckle

every curve

every joy.

Absorbed.

Bathed.

Covered with us.

Saturated and

melting together

where each raindrop

is a recollection

of your smile

as the drops slither

slide down

slip over glass

gliding

like fingers

over your skin.

In the wind

I hear the echoes

of your voice

and feel your

soft caress.

So I gaze

glare

survey

stare

into your eyes

into your thoughts

into your mystery.

As snowflakes now
float and fall like
ashen butterflies

and blanket earth
may we blend

into one

becoming

completely

IMMERSED…

Refreshing and inspirational.. the flow is one of a passionate and loving stream. To dive so deep as to be consumed in an ocean of another's mind, body and spirit.. and delicately written. The echoes of a past love and present yearning.. to take on the mystery of another and become one timeless unit .. how divine! Loved this.. the ending leaves this piece with the reader believing in the infinity of the magical power of love and unity.. overwhelming emotions flowing forward. Great job on this one!
