Numberless Things...

Numberless Things...

A Poem by An owl on the moon
"

Guitar strings numberless things...

"

Voiceless words… songless birds

Pale yellow thoughts to drift and dance

 Robin strong… mockingbird song

Tales of knights in a lavish romance.

Tropic lands… the warmest sands

Journeys in our flawed perfection

Guitar strings… numberless things

Soft cotton covers your blush’d reflection.

Cloudless sky… a cobalt lullaby

Limitless visions skip into sight

Man of birth… one of colored Earth

Wuthering winds sing songs of night…

This was my favorite stanza...I love the fantasy of your pen. Such wonderous visions come out of your soul when you create. Another amazing waltz...thanks for the dance!

I like how the two different images in each first and third line harmonize so very well. The second and fourth lines are the dreamy looks into your romantic soul. nice symmetry.

That was such a beautiful piece of writing..
The irony is this piece is very striking.
"Cloudless sky a cobalt lullaby" - I loved this line the most , its very poetic...The entire writing is actually very lyrical :)
Great work.

Lovely collection of words that dance on the tongue...

The font was kind of distracting, but other than that, this was a really...dunno...Celtic[?] sounding poem. The themes, anyway. But I really liked this
I think "Cloudless sky a cobalt lullaby" describes the poem quite well. [:
