HAPPILY WAITING...

I was smiling when I wrote this one... :)

 

 

In the darkness of morning comes the longing

the happy sense that you are somewhere

waiting for me…

 

And in the rays of sun there shines desire

your smile laced in beams of light

smiling for me…

 

Follows the fullness of my hours and days

the peace and joy that rests in your life

reaching for me…

 

And now in this moment I hope and pray

That you feel me longing, desiring, reaching

for you with all I am…  happily waiting…

It's light, airy and yet filled with this patient longing. It's kind of how today feels. Light, airy, breezy but with the longing of the cooler night.

It's also how I feel when it comes to my Sir. Longing, but there's not patience to my longing.
