At the correct time all comes...just the waiting may be long and we get lost in wondering what’s it’s all about...I’m still waiting and hoping in my time ...where true love shall be mine Devine...don’t give up hope...beautiful as always🌹
"With time"
An owl on the moon,
What else do we really think about in the end: time?
Childhood; "on sand and swings, in endless summers, I soared on wings."
I remember being young and feeling and doing just what you wrote above. So cool!
Then love and marriage:
"You were in white, your touch electric, a golden night." I think all love for love and it's wonderful blessing.
Then work and a job, making a living and supplying for our and family's need. Why do we do it? Necessity and responsibility. this is good and noble:
"in cubes and glass, punching clocks, we moved in mass." Culmination of life's lessons applied in the workforce and schooling, etc.
Life is not over and anticipation of the future and more adventures and experiences:
"to open doors, to endless summer, forevermore.."
I remember the song by the beach boys. Was it "Endless Summer?"
Loved you poem!

You could see it so well, could sense the movement of time, the maturing, the transforming life within. So thankful you stopped by!
The last two stanzas say so much..Feelling trapped in a job that has to be done and longing for the time when it is summer where one can play all the time..I am glad that I chose this one to read this eve...I was delighted that you stopped by to read my couples about the "Star Magnolia"..I was encourged by your comments..Thanks..Sunflower ..
Your words flow like a gentle waterfall over smooth rocks. I love reading your work. It gives me such a cool feeling - it warms the cockles of my once frozen heart.
The child, the wedding, work and retirement...great examples of the way time plays out in our lives.
Beautifully written and presented. I loved every stanza for its own merit, so much so that I believe each can stand alone. you have a way of simplifying your meaning, there is nothing obscure in your style and personally I love that. When I read something I don't believe I should have to nut out what the author's meaning is, I like to enjoy the read...and I did...
