On Chrysalis Day, Oh Chrysalis Day!

On Chrysalis Day, Oh Chrysalis Day!

A Poem by An owl on the moon
"

Lovishly now you shall fly off and away

"

On Chrysalis Day, tra-loo tra-lay

Glimbly the waves do prance and play…

Darkling clouds of nightling’s fray

Bawling and shredding all flee away…

Your goldish summering robes parlait

And birthing shed the gloomering sways…

What marvelous minced delectable puree

Dippishly devouring the world w’out delay…

Simmering soakling lips a tad risqué

With the sounding song as a glib attaché …

Shinishly shimmers your bright soiree

Like a rainblown-bright butterfly bouquet…

All colors of a swishering clad Monet

A bounteous boomering numbly buffet …

Lovishly now you shall fly off and away

On Chrysalis Day, Oh Chrysalis Day!

Simply delightful and a wonderful play on words.
To be dazzled in the day. All shall have a wonderful day.
There is too much sadness in the world to be blue all the time.
Wonderful delightful read.

'Glimbly the waves do prance and play… Darkling clouds of nightling’s fray.. '

You've somehow and brilliantly wedded music and words here. And.. and.. as for some of those words, inventive and surreal.. am green with envy, Owl! Chrysalis Day has been made even brighter and lighter by yet another adventure in your magickal corner of the planet!

'All colors of a swishering clad Monet .. A bounteous boomering numbly buffet … '

Right, now am happy as a sand-girl, knowing the tide's held at bay by a 'swishering; something or other. Love it!

My dear Hatter how you always wind up the clock allowing us extra time here in your wonderland. You know just how many smiles and sighs to put in these marvelous biscuits and the tea makes me dreamy every single time I sip! Bravo dear friend!

LOVE: your made-up words & sounds, your flawless rhyme & rhythm, your playful imagination, & all this inspires me to do some whimsical writing after a long stint of serious writing lately! Your sophisticated rhymes are truly orgasmic, especially when using the "a" sound can make it easy for poets to be lazy & pick the easy rhymes. You never do & I love that about you (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
