Outside the sky is filled with rhythmic clouds, pulsing like frantic phantoms.
I walk the sand alone,
and feel it stirring as I roam,
upon this breathing earth,
where wave on wave begins new birth.
I sense a grand facade,
where colors paint the hand of God.
And in remorseful pain,
I dance the stones of bitter strain.
As I walk, my soul is undone by the recollection of the waves and the dark mansion of my mind. Its nebulous prophecy cries out above the waves on this desolate morning: “How you are yet undone!”I walk on alone.
I do quite a bit of writing about my nearby wilderness & nature, but I never thought about writing in such a way (as you do) to bring the various natural phenomena alive like bit characters in your storylike scenes. It's not personification like most people do it. It's very unique, like you're breathing life & character into inanimate objects as part of the drama of the scene you're taking in & sharing. Very fresh approach to writing about nature as a way to convey feelings & life lessons! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

You have such a unique, subtle and beautiful voice! Your poems are always a wonder to behold- like being transported to a different land where the waves play out a pretty tune, and the cool sand welcomes my tired feet...I really like how well your book is coming together!❤

With your words you turned the voice of nature up to eleven. Always great reading your artwork.
