An excellent blend of melancholy and a sweet freshness. It's simple, it's dense and it's you...the wizard of words. I so liked this work. Its interestingly easy to visualize the poem and once you do that you are actually into it...that brings a smile in a sad face. Pretty well written.

sea-salt paradigm is an interesting idea, and I'm not certain I quite can wrap my mind around it (but I can be dense at times lol), but it's worth dwelling on.
This strikes me as a very romantic, and maybe even a little sensual jaunt through metaphysics, a truly ecstatic poem written by hermits, madmen and saints.

Your insights are much appreciated. Just back from a week back home in San Francisco... drove down to Monterey and loved the sea-salt paradigm ecstasy of Steinbeck's ocean. :)

May such wondrous beauty always flow through you, and around you precious poet. I return to my sea soon, and she waits for me, in the lullaby of her waves. So soon, and how my soul needs her. :)

This first sounded so sad..."Yet the endless shore brought only endless loss." That is a great line. It's one of those I wish I had thought of first. Then, however, there was a shift..."For the sand is refreshed in moonlight kisses." Another great line. I really liked how you were able to capture so much emotion in such a short piece.
Thanks for the read

Such beautifully rich phrasing, yet - it seems, diluted with tears. The movement of tides, of waves, so often likens the coming and going of relationships, of lost and found love, of waiting, of hoping. Unsure the core of this poem, perhaps an unrelenting want as, ' .. refreshed in moonlight kisses .. When recovery sings in star-shine echoes .. '

You've read my words and sensed my soul for as long as I've been here at the cafe. And yes, you sense the salt of the seas, and the salt of tears. How the ocean within is so full of beauty and pain, and its waves leave such dark lullabies to fill the night.
You have a marvelous gift..the way you shape your poem with words...they sound melodious and perfectly in sync..
I can never write poem in such a sensual and velvety tone...
Great work ..

Your words are so kind and encouraging, raineyday. Thank you! :)
This is so deep. I think everybody interprets it differently. I'm sure if I were to say what I believe it is about it would be different from someone elses. Either way outstanding job.
