The Converging

The Converging

A Poem by An owl on the moon
"

Two lingering streams...

"

Two

Lingering streams

Meandering untamed

Rambling

Roaming

Seeking shelter

Starlight reflected

In the crystal sighs

The pearl-white longings

Passages

Earthen led

Curved landscapes

Paths birthed

Universe breathed

As two streams

Rush savage

With ferocious fire

Fearless falling

Tumbling unrestrained

Converging

Separate streams

Melding

Melting

Merging

Into one vast

wild river

One…

Thank you so much, Shivalik.
C. Froman,
I could see it! Descriptive expertise is so exciting to behold. Glad I got to find your poem today. We are the streams that seek other streams. Your poem was one of finding comparisons with others within this life! Your poem was very inspiring. Bless you Kathy

One… ......
The wild river is sending quite warm thoughts all around..... sensual and beautiful..
There's nothing more beautiful than the union of two wild beings.....you describe the path way of two souls....lost yet finding way back home..... your words weave magic and tell stories.....the ones you hear when you let your imaginations run wild....thanks for always sharing your world...yours words...love every bit of it...

Best wishes for your year ahead as well.

The slow thoughtful journey of solitude, meeting the rush and rapture of a like-minded emotion and how quickly that turns to the dizzyingly raw passion falling to romance, raging lust and the discovery of love… well that was how my emotions read it… thank you crag, again… your words and how they are placed with no more than three to a line… allowed me to fall without looking back and dive towards the last words outcome…
Thank you for sharing, i love this poem.

Too true, I agree.
Such a sensuous metaphor! To think of desire and love in terms of streams flowing and then meeting is brilliant. I liked this a lot. Lydi**
