How could something so magic
a feeling so immense
dramatically turn tragic
awkward and intense?

How the seasons turned so cold

a heartbreaking scene

unraveling to fool’s gold

solitary and unforeseen…

You never will fully realize
how much you inspired me
practically perfect in my eyes
all I ever desired to be…

Moving ahead in silence now

how fragments are all I see

a haunting empty vow

adrift on a frozen sea…

Beautifully described. My same thoughts of a muse... how we long them to be perfect at times when we are not, yet, their imperfections are perfect in our eyes...an inspiring tale of human heart and mind. the muse can never always stay, but we continue to follow in our silence. Lovely!

Alas...it never last doesn't it?

Every writer pens a poem or two on heartbreak but you did it gently yet so very effectively. When love grows cold and we move away, this is just what we feel and wonder in retrospect. A soul stirring write.

I also love the picture (equally apt) and color-coordinated fonts.

A heartbreaking scene.... So solitary and unforseen.. I love that. I enjoy reading your work. Not overly complicated and confusing yet intriguing and makes one think. Great!

Very beautiful. It has a sense of elegance, which is strange considering the message, but is rather intriguing.
