Lingering on the edgeA Poem by An owl on the moonOn silver-shining sequined streets...Lingering on the edge of
light
on silver-shining
sequined streets footsteps fainting, falling night grafted gardens of colored
pleats… Rhythmic rifts of clouding
skies cadence
tripping light the tune lullen
mists waltz olive eyes I dance her earth and she
my moon… And in the tranquil ruby
glimmer rain
descends in mothered pearls she
glides across the earthen shimmer in seabird songs and
lilting curls… © 2012 An owl on the moonReviews
