I feel as though we can be the most honest with individuals that we don't know during therapy. There aren't any strings or familial ties attached. We can let it all go and say everything we need to without the fear of hurting a close friend or family members feelings. And accomplished therapists have heard just about everything in the book, so the fear of being judged subsides too. I truly wish you hope in your struggles.

I'm hoping group therapy helps me here in march, but i've never had experience with one-on-one sessions, has it helped you?

I'm doing 1 on 1 for the first time... it's pretty good. She helps me talk about and dig up feelings I've buried for a long time.

thats good when you need it, I suppose. Having feelings suddenly well up can definitely be an emotional experience, and sometimes you need a good cry every once in a while ;^P

It's strange how easily we can open up to strangers instead of the ones we love. It may seem odd, but its nice to be understood for once. Therapy can be a lifesaver, though I've never experienced it, but I feel it's always nice to talk to people (even if they're strangers) who are actually willing to listen to us and care about what we have to say.

Yeah its definitely been different. I have a woman therapist and last weekend we talked about my childhood... it broke me down pretty bad. But I guess thats what they do... get those feelings out of you... break you down to rebuild the confidence and desire for life. Thanks for the review :)

Isn't that what it's like? I felt like that when I first started therapy. How the hell do I trust a stranger with my darkest secrets. But I've found it helps. Now I've been with the same thereapy company for 4 years. I know most of the therapists there, and I feel comfortable with them.

Anyways, lol. Enough of my rambling. Good job with the poem!
