First deserve, Then desire.

 

It is said that in the restaurant of karma there is no menu, everyone gets exactly what they deserve. In life, one gets what one deserves too. So, if one does not deserve something should one desire it? Only on one condition. If one is willing to work to become deserving of what they desire. The Norse God Thor desired Mjolnir. Initially, he was not worthy of lifting it but he kept working on it and one day he became worthy enough to lift and claim it as his own. And so it goes in one’s life. Every now and then one will desire something that he/she does not deserve. In such a situation there are but two options - either give up what you desire or work on yourself enough to become deserving of that which you desire. I will not bore you with more. This is enough for today.
