Our faces smashed on a coin of silver…

Our faces smashed on a coin of silver…

A Poem by cesar
"

Reflections, mirror images, I am my father and he is me and we've been doing this for a long time.

"

Our faces smashed on a coin of silver,

Both sides are exactly the same.

On one side you are there engraved,

And on the other is the etching of my face.

Falling into a raging river

Once an angel flips our faces in the air.

Which face shall suddenly appear,

If a child rescues us from the mud

And with tiny finger brushes away

Our brittle flakes of rust?
