Our Clouds

Today I saw our clouds

Looking as if someone drew them

Then placed them perfectly in the sky

I smiled thoughtfully

Thinking of us laying in them together

Then I saw the breeze

Gently caressing the trees

But it was really you

Whispering 'I miss you'

I saw the moon too

Telling me that it was really night for you

I wanted to capture those clouds

And gently blow them to you

So you could know how I feel

When I think of you

The world is quiet and perfect

And all my worries disappear

And all I can hear is you

Telling me it is okay

And nothing matters

But our love

So I look to our clouds

To see me through
