We met when I was young

I didn't know everything about You

But I knew enough to know You were good

We were casual at first

Then I got in that rebellious stage

I broke it off

But You still wanted me

You still were in love

But I ignored it

Doing my own thing

Back and forth for years

We struggled

I cried

Came back

Left again

Your love remained true

You turned Your back to teach me

But always kept watch

I never should have left

I should have stayed

Please forgive me

I love you God
