Paper WallA Poem by Bent Dragon (Eric)A short poem about secrets that you keep from everybody and how hard it can be to let them out.
Paper Wall By: Bent Dragon
I sit behind a wall of pages, that surround me like doubts. They question my every move like sages; making is impossible for me to come out.
Many secrets lay within, secrets that I need to get out. But behind my paper wall, they are trapped by my doubts.
Halting any progress Stalling any change. As I stand among people I often want to shout and make everything trapped within come out.
But as I open my mouth I find the words aren't there; they've been whisked away by the sages. Whisked away by my fear, and for that I shed a tear.
