Torn

She walked up the aisle, clothed in white, glowing. The maid stood at the altar, enraged.
She looked into the maid's eyes. "Out of my way."
"You're not Luna!" the maid screamed. "Luna would never do that!"
"Silly girl. Of course I am."
The maid hoisted up her skirts, scurried forwards, and knocked the veil off her head.
Lexi fell, the Amulet slipping from her hair. She flickered.
Harmony leaped to his feet. "Lexi? What the hell are you doing here?"
"I-I'm not Lexi," she said. "I-I'm Luna?" She smiled weakly.
The maid, furious, pulled off her mask. The scar showed plain as day. "I'm Luna," she said. "And I don't like being impersonated."
Theo gasped. "Luna, I'm so sorry."
She ran to him. "She captured me, Theo. There's nothing you could have done."
"Yes, there is," he said, and he kissed her.
Lexi stood up, shaken. "All of you will regret this one day," she spat, and threw the Amulet at Harmony's feet.
Her wings expanded, and she flew away, leaving nothing but a shred of white behind.
