A Chapter by Celestia
"

In which Luna goes to Mortal Earth to buy things.

"
Luna sat on her bed, combing her hair. Harmony lay next to her, reading his book.
"Har?"
"Yeah?"
"I need shoes. Baby shoes." Luna smiled.
"Oh please," moaned Harmony. "Not now. I'm reading! I don't want to create the portal!"
Luna poked him. "Come on!"
"Do it yourself!"
"I don't know how," whispered Luna. "You said it was dangerous."

Twenty minutes later found Luna, Theo, Jac, Sola, and Harmony standing in the windy courtyard.
Harmony sighed. "Is this everyone?"
Sola nodded.
He gestured quickly, sweeping his hands together.

Magic was created by the One. There are two planes of existence, Life, and Death. The Cloud is the border between them. And when a Portal is opened, all hells can flood out.

The Portal looked like an archway. As the six walked through it, they were transported to the Mortal Earth.
Specifically, the garden outside a mall.

Jac smiled. "Uncle! They probably have a comic shop!"
Sola gasped. "Spiderman." She giggled. "They probably have action figures!"
Luna nodded. "Yeah. Well, I'm going to go to the baby store. See you back here in an hour." She walked away.
Jac and Sola pulled Theo towards the comic shop. Harmony trailed behind, getting funny looks for his dead white skin.

When they walked in, the cashier looked up. "Wow! Lovely cosplays!"
Theo looked at Sola, who shrugged. "Not me."
"What are you talking about," asked Jac.
"Your costumes. You're Jac, right?"
"How do you know my name?" Jac said.
"You're dressing up, right?" said the cashier.
"No," said Theo. He brushed his black hair out of his eyes. "We're not."
The cashier bit her lip. "But you look exactly like the characters in that myth!"
Harmony blushed worriedly. "W-what myth?" he stuttered.
"Har!" whispered Sola. "What's going on!"
The cashier picked up a comic, and flipped through it, to land on a page with the picture of two people who looked like Sola and Luna. "See? The girl has a Sola costume on."
"Excuse me?" said Sola, stepping forwards, "I am Sola!"
"Ha!" laughed the cashier. "You're good at having her attitude!"
Sola lifted up her Amulet, a necklace with the Sun on it. It floated outwards from her chest. "What book is this?"
"It comes from an age old myth," said the cashier. "It's called Immortal." She handed the book to Theo, who took it, and looked at the cover.
It was a picture of him and Luna, kissing. "What!"
Jac burst into laughter. "Uncle! What the hell! Why did you have someone draw you and Luna like that?"
The cashier looked at Harmony. "Do you know you have some people with you who believe they're fictional characters?"
Harmony coughed. "No."
"Well, you do."
"Listen, lady. These people are stressed out. They're away from their dimen- I mean, country for a day or so." Harmony sighed. "The thing is, that myth Theo is holding is his life."
The cashier blinked.
"I'm saying," said Harmony patiently, "That these are the people who the story is based around. That's Jac, and Theo, and Sola. I'm Harmony."
The cashier laughed. "I adore the cos- wait, how is that necklace floating?"
Sola looked up. "Oh my gosh."
Without hesitation, Jac fired ice through the girl's heart.
She collapsed on the computer in front of her.
"Jac!" shouted Harmony. "No!"
