Dirty SlateA Poem by Celena
Did you see that carefree little girl?
Without a worry in the world. So young and so happy, Oblivious to the dangers of people. So pure and so untouched, But now she's afraid of the dark. It happened in that room in the dark. Innocence stolen and body mutilated, So much hate and so much shame. Although scars heal her soul still feels, She still wakes up in fear most nights. No longer carefree just a girl with a dirty slate.
