Where am IA Poem by celecisReconsidering who I am Where I am, where I should be Is this all, is this real Is this life or is it a dream? A pre-test, an illusion I wonder what's beyond the fog, beyond pollution Losing interest for the mundane Don't care about money, don't care about fame. My mind rambles about life The memories I'll have when I die I feel so dead in this place People stuck inside, nothing to chase. A lifelong of hated work No time to ride a river, feel my luck, To rip the grass, lay in dirt, Run in the snow, go berserk. I'm trapped in a world I don't fit in Materialistic values are all I've seen. I can only hope for something more When the true gate opens And eternal life takes over my core. © 2016 celecisFeatured Review
