To The Urge of Pain

Very short poem inspired by Dylan Thomas.

To the urge of pain

I bear my veins from wrist to shoulder; 

Twined razor wire lines

Wound 'round my nerves

Thread through needle's eye, 

I tie the knot

And bleed in ink,

The evil.
