control depression

What can I do to myself
to bring me out of depression
Depression will become a disease

A disease that plays on itself
Only that person depressed
Can bring themselves out

You must make up your own
Its your own mind that controls
No one else should set you

Let no one else control you
It is you that controls you
I tell myself I’m strong enough

That no one controls my emotions
No one else just me
I control myself alone
