what of death sound if it were talking

what of death sound if it were talking

A Poem by Cece

Death was to conquer all

But I was all too early

For I let depression overtake me

Release was all so swift

Once the room filled with gray clouds

For the pills I took were overtaking me

Was that me they were working on

For I see the fireman laboring over me

As I lay, they were shaking their heads

For what I done was swift

Life no longer mattered to me

What I seen made no changes

For my greatest sin was let death capture me

I became timeless at fifteen

The pain I feel is no less

Why did I do the deed

The pain did not fade

Now I fear I can not go back

this is a wonderful piece and i can see you lying there with firemen working on you...trying to keep you breathing...making sure you don't go further into the darkness...you are here and you are loved...and you will always be loved...you write about depression and suicide...you must always keep it in front of you...i love this one honey...fantastic...
