Wondering About Life

Have you ever been in love with someone you can't have? Well I have, I have also been wanted. My life is very crazy. Me I’m a vampire. There are not many of us left. The humans have tried to get rid of our race. For many years, we have been hiding in dark. Not feeding, not having a life, and most of us have died from this. Derek rose to the thrown after his dad died. So now he has sent us into the new era. We have know each other since we were kids. My mother just died from having no blood. But we weren't always this way, or at least I wasn't.

My mother and father said that they found me in a gutter. But I keep having these glimpse of the past. Ever since I was changed. Like I remember my human mother screaming at me to run. And my human father telling me to hide. I never got to ask my parents cause they ended up dead now both of them. But I wonder every day what really did happen. I could go ask my grandparents but I don't know what they will say. They are part of the committee to assist the throne in decision making. He has me helping me on his next plan to get us out of the dark. Back to times before the humans. Humans now think we are myths not real. So it would be a lot easier than back then. We are then ones wanting to move on with our lives not live in the dark hole forever.
