Unquenchable Light

Unquenchable Light

Unquenchable Light

Fire can’t quench it

Trials can’t bench it

Resistance can’t change it

Hate can’t destroy it

It’s here to stay!

Drama doesn’t move it

Railroading doesn’t budge it

Conspiracy doesn’t change it

Cheap tricks don’t rearrange it

It’s here to stay!

Trials strengthen it

Persecution compliments it

Tribulation undergirds it

Joy illuminates it

It's here to stay!

Unquenchable fortitude in the plight

Unbenchable attitude empowered in the fight

Set on fire with the eruption of light

Displayed on the mountain top

Brighter than Bright

" Indelible "

We have to be there
with our faith...
we have to believe in craziness an oppression ...victory an defeat
in a nutshell try to get our flesh to line up with the spirit
God will leave us never....
we must endure

Love this...really worked for me today

Blessssssssssssss

You are the light of the world. So shine brightly for the burning will not consume you; no more than the bush consumed Moses or the furnace consumed the friends of Daniel. The fire within burns greater than the flames of torment. The ashes of sorrow will be dust beneath your feet; tears dried with the down of angel's wings. Many waters cannot quench Love; nor can the floods drown it and Truth by any other name, Love, Light, Joy, Life or simply The Way is still true. There is an open door to everyone that knocks and a guiding light for everyone that seeks. God did not say, "Seek My Face" in vain, but rather, " I am the Light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in darkness but has the light of life." Jn. 8:12 A wonderful poem!

I love everything about this piece. The colors, the words, but most of all the truth behind the words. A truly inspiring piece. God Bless.

This is so true. Through everything positive and negative we grow closer to our Savior. It's wonderful that it works that way, and we don't allow Satan to pull us down. (Of course there have been times I have allowed him to do that. . . I don't want to sound like I'm some perfect saint.)
This was just what I needed to hear to get my flame burning a little brighter this evening. Thank you, Carole. This is a wonderful piece.

Many blessings,

You have a great grasp of faith's truest beauty and strength. You capture it very well with your words. Bringing to life the depth of the most awesome power.

I liked the meaning behind this very much but I have to admit the constant changing of font and color took a bit of the underlying tones and meanings away for me. The use of imagery and words was wonderful though. Nice write,
