One step ahead

Seeing the complex
not the simple
one step ahead
in my head
listening
but playing a game
I know they are simple
I see beyond
the real
not the practical
it just makes no sense
looking at me
at how i don't agree
it's alright
i'll pick my side
for now its a game
i'll put them to shame.

I feel I can relate to this. In my mind it's talking about how everyone in the world is so caught up with this cookie cutter way that life should be, all of them playing by the same "rules" of the game of life. To be one step ahead and to realize that theres something more, how simplistically everyone looks at things and how wilfully blind everyonje is a great thing:) sorry if im inturpreting upon this too muc haha, well done.
