I wasnt looking to start any relationship
Yet you came into my life just like that
Ive been broken into pieces and I shut myself off
Yet bit by bit you clawed your way in
You made me forget the pain
I started to get used to you, I looked forward to see your name appear on my screen
Yet I still had some walls up high
You told me things and lead me to believe you
My heart started to skip a beat again
I started to lower down this walls Ive build
Letting you see me abit more
You told me you were tired of searching and so was I.
And you told me to let myself be a little affectionate towards you. To be myself.
I started to feel abit more, to fall deeper for you.
Then bit by bit you pulled away...I felt myself closer but you drifted further and further.

And with that you left me stranded with confusion and hurt
You didnt have the guts to say it to my face
Instead you made the decision to walk in and out my life as you seem fit
You left me with questions and I told myself Ive been through worse so you were nothing
And then a month after you decided again to come back into my life
Like who gave you the permision to come and go as you please ?
Then I realize you were just a little boy who needed attention.
To feed your little ego and boost yourself, I played the role of your little puppet.
But not anymore...It was never me. It was you. You were the damage goods.
Not me.
Find someone else to feed your ego.
