"In my Shoes"

"In my Shoes"

A Poem by Cbklyn4u
"

A reflection of what needs to be told to some people who feel the need to be controlling over others. Abuse comes in many forms, and we were meant to be free not commanded nor sccorned.

"

"In My shoes"

Don't ever try to walk in my shoes

Or control the life I live

For a real person would never abuse

A real person learns to give

Positive support, to lift one high

On the pedestal of life

Never giving reason to sigh

Supporting every strife

So need you be a controlling one

Who gets off on "Being The man"

Take a Good Look for there is none

Than a real man, who loves , who can

Nourish the need of your loving soul

Only then can you fill the void whole

Love engulfs that empty, hollow hole

Then a real man's part is your role

I'll walk in my shoes, you walk in yours

Together we'll learn to Run

Over the paths and through the doors

Together, the victory's won!
