Don't Play With My Mind

Don't Play With My Mind

A Poem by Cbklyn4u

Don't Play Wtih My Mind

Play with my mind, is that what you like to do?
Don't you realize? Don't have a clue?
For within me, I had to let you go,
Its what you wanted, and that you did show.

Then you tantelize, tease like I am a toy.
Being so vicious, can't let go of being coy?
Seeing you, feelling you, hard it was on me.
Don't play with me, just be you respectfully.

Let me go as I was, take me as a friend.
For that I can be till the very end.
Too much transpired within both of our souls.
For us to enemize and keep hate as a goal.

For I am within a world that is mines,
I have sought and I did find
One who will hold all I have to bear,
That shows me the love, who truly cares.

Then I shall unleash my fortune, give all that is me,
And take my new love, fill him with my sea.
The curning waves, the calm of the day,
Accept me for who I am, no matter which way

So play with those who dont care about you,
As for me, I have learned to start life anew.
