Night of the Soul

Night of the Soul

A Poem by R(EVOLUTION)

Living in a hologram
Fearful of the grinning Pan
Loving everything that’s banned
The Aquarian superman

Baby, you shouldn’t choose fear over love
But I am the serpent
I am not the dove
Rising up from the underground
To the heavens above

I am the spaces in between whatever is said
And that’s who I’ll be even after I’m dead

I am the spaces in between whatever is said
And that's who I'll be even after I'm dead

This verse rings true. We do choose what and where we will be. Your poetry is different (which is not a bad thing at all) than any I have ever read. I like to delve into an opposite's poetry. I did read a few other poems of yours, and all are intriguing. I always try to see where the other person is coming from. You have a great talent!!!

Oh, I love it ... especially (but not only) that last stanza. Bold. Powerful. xxx
