My Personal Escape

Jus my personal interpretation of what escape means to me.

Everyone has their escape from what's bad in their life,

For some it's poetry, art, sex, drugs, or whatever,

But mine is music,

I choose music because there is so much to choose from,

I love music also because it always has a way to suit my mood,

If I'm mad, I listen to heavy rock like Korn,

If I'm sad, I can listen to slow moving music,

If I'm happy, I tend to listen to alternative rock like HIM, Breaking Benjamin or Three Days Grace type music,

And of course, if I wanna try to catch some zzzz's, I listen to either nature based music or new age music like Enya,

Music tends to surround my world,

No matter what I do,

It feels weird if I DON'T listen to music at some point in my day.
