They Speak

They Speak

A Poem by constancelovesdarkness

Deep down,

I wanna break,

I hear the voices in the walls, in the floor, and in my head,

They won't leave me alone,

They say things that seem true,

But could what they say be lies too?

I beg them to leave me alone so I can sleep,

But why oh why, won't they listen?,

Shhh!!!

Leave me alone!

"Why would they want me to do that?"

"If that's what they really want then I'll do it"

"Ok then, 3,2..."

Feeling of suspense... 3, 2... no one, lol. Cliffhanger of a poetic ending with such raw, Linkin' Park like wording. Well penned piece indeed :P
