evertime you speak,

i can't help but wonder,

do you mean every word,

or if you're jus saying it to keep me happy?

 

you say you love me,

but do you really mean it?

 

everyday i worry if you're a surreal dream,

and when i wake up,

you're not going to be here.

 

i love you too much to ever let you go,

everything i do somehow reminds me of you,

like when i read my favorite book,

i envision us instead of the characters,

likr in the book when they talk about

laying in the grass beneath the stars,

i imagine us entertwined together,

looking deeply in one anothers eyes,

mouthing the words 'i love you' to you,

hope the night never ends,

it's like time stands still for jus this moment,

then you sit up and so do i,

you pull out a ring,

and say that you've been saving it for a while

and was waiting for the person,

while you say it,

you slide the ring in my ringfinger,

i feel your lips tenderly on my cheek,

i blush,

knowing that i will never forget this moment,

not now,

not ever.

Awwww, so sweet and romantic, Constance. You've definitely changed your writing style since I last read when it was all dark and gloomy. Must be romance in the air... kidding or am I right? Anyways, I liked it and sometimes I even envision someone else as the character when I'm reading ;)
