Lyric Poem

I ponder of something great

            Who I killed inside my dream

They where just afraid of change

            We are all battling fear

 

When life is hard,

            You have to change

Sitting in silence keeps us awake but,

            Adrenaline keeps me in the game

 

When all the rain in the game,

            Makes it hard to sing, sing louder

In the game you can’t be the same

            You have to change

I think this poem shows that you need to keep fighting and never give up. No matter how hard it is, you just can't quit. Maybe I'm wrong. I feel especially in the 3rd stanza that there is this immense feeling of struggle, especially with the line, "Makes it hard to sing, sing louder" but it also shows by the "sing louder" that you must keep fighting. I like it.
