HelplessA Poem by Dwelling Moments Of A Teenager
Cut my wrists and paint me black.
Shadows resting upon her face, Giggling, laughing at the way I am. Quietly gagging on people's secrets. Yelling for just a little bit more out of you. Nothing to give. Moving to lose. A loner in a closet. Darkness her only friend. One tear everyday, Only to know she was still human. Emotionless, dazed, confused. Her inner shell consuming her skin she lives in. No longer in part of any beast there is. The mark's across her body, Signals to the world for a little help to breathe. Ringing of continuous silent bells fill's the air. The blood stain carpet A reminder of what could of been saved. The lose of one poor girl, Triggering others to crack. I cared, loved, cried, for her. In reality, she was lost. Unattached. Abandoned. "People only notice when your dead," The last words she spoke. Water in, air out. Lungs full, curtains closed. A reminder that death is always near. © 2012 Dwelling Moments Of A TeenagerFeatured Review
