From her window

From her window

A Poem by Alchemist

A soft light falling upon even softer eyes,

Dreams are stirring within her heart,

Silent yearnings have now turned to cries,

Her every breath now a work of art.

What wonders wait for her just outside,

A chance at love, a time for play,

Will she run through fields or simply hide,

The curtain falls as she starts her day...
