Shadow Mirror

I wrote this for my creative writing class last year.

It is there again,

The Shadow in the mirror,

Do not look at it or acknowledge it,

It will take your life, your body, and your soul,

You can not hide from it,

It will find you and destroy you,

You can not fight it,

For it can destroy your will and way,

There are those who are scared of them,

For they know what they are and what they can do,

Then there are those who do not know who they are,

For they are to young or oblivious to them,

The Shadow,

It is watching you,

Look away now or else,

You yourself will be lost forever,

But that shadow will always be alive,

For they are invincible,

Nothing can hurt or kill them,

But maybe they are just a figment of your imagination.
