yes, if only we can keep still until the turmoil has flowed over and a new sun appears.

something like all that is going on in the world...all the chaos...
and we are keeping still...steady, waiting.

Thank you I never heard of Senryu..showing my ignorance. I used this poem when I had a very stressful time last week and it definitely helped.

senryu is the same form as haiku, same syllable count, only haiku is strictly about nature...and senryu can be about most anything else...
