LOOK DEEP

When you look at me you see the crazy, out going, hard worker and so on

You see a person who is enjoying life

You see someone who has a bright future ahead of him

There is more to that then what meets the eyes

Look really deep into my eyes

Look really deep you will see someone that has had to struggle

Someone that things haven't not come to

Someone who has been told they there were going to be nothing

That was going to be worthless and not successful in life

Just going to be a loser and waste of space

Someone who was picked on through out their education career

That was never given a chance to be show people who they really were

A person who loved school but hated going

Look really deep and you will see something else

That's a great poem, Justin. I can very much relate to it, and I'm sure everyone else can relate to it as well. Every person has gone through struggles in life to achieve a goal, a dream and we should all appreciate each other's courage. Loved it! Keep writing!

I really could feel connected to this.
Though I'm outgoing but no one knows the real me. People just know the fake me. The one who is always happy and doesn't have anything to worry about. How much we all wish to find someone who could stay and look deep. Know the real person. Thank you for sharing :)

Love it and I can relate to this. I am not outgoing though, I am pretty shy. However, sometimes once you make me talk, I talk the entire night which can be both a curse and a blessing. A curse because I talk about things nobody else needs to know. LOL
