Come back sun no more rain come back sun I want to play rainy day makes me sad no muddy puddles I would be glad to stop the rain stop please with a cherry on top go away storm you're too loud in drippy go away storm underneath my covers you scare me I want to play go away I want to play leave don't stay I mad at the rain I'm mad at the sun nothing to do I'm not having fun listen to the thunder as it roars sitting by the window I'm bored mom comes in my room she tries to make me feel better it's getting late I don't feel like laughter it just makes me sadder
I want to go outside but not in the rain I want to go outside with other kids to play mom smiles at me the rain you would like you see the puddles are great to splash trust me go play go play have with others the rain or storm won't be a bother I will go out I like the rain it's so much fun, especially today thank you, mom thank you, mom now I can play I hope the rain never goes away
