Savoir Faire

Savoir Faire

A Poem by Chris Shaw

the sun on lakeside water
gleams on surface glass
you can not fail to notice
that light can smother dark
it sparkles and it spangles
and here is where i’ll stay
till every drop of golden
has rinsed all doubts away

And this poem rinsed away the hustle and bustle of my day. You show beautifully how to welcome the blessings by appreciating the presence of nature that is taken for granted otherwise.

They say sunshine is the best disinfectant.

It has made most of the water drinkable.
