the sun on lakeside water
gleams on surface glass
you can not fail to notice
that light can smother dark
it sparkles and it spangles
and here is where i’ll stay
till every drop of golden
has rinsed all doubts away

They say sunshine is the best disinfectant.

It has made most of the water drinkable.

Why do most of the people still suck at life though?

Humans are mostly water... what's the problem here?

Exposure is really the cleanser. We say sunlight but really... it's just the bright shiny truth we seek. A clean existence requires an unadulterated cleaning solution... which is inevitably dark. I'm sure you've met enough men who lie for a living.

Still waters offers tranquility. A lake with no reflection only sunlight is energising, uplifting and cleansing. So far removed from city life and the bustle and grime. That is indeed a blessing PB. Thank you for your visit.

Dear Pat, the swans are indeed praying as they incubate their eggs. Last year only one cygnet out of nine eggs. This year six eggs so far. We watched as a heron landed close by, just waiting for an opportunity to pierce an egg. The fish scuttled as soon as the heron arrived. The sun smiled down. This is our river life.
