Been there, done that. What a great Haiku very identifiable and tangible. At the same time it is psychological and metaphorical in that so many times choices in life are not clear or apparent and we sit without knowing how to act, frozen in inaction. Great write

Haha coincidently, I just wrote a bunch of senryu today too. They are a good way to break writer's block and get the muse going again.
I reckon this one is also about writer's block (although other readers might interpret it differently). Only the writer can see the struggle of having no inspiration and staring at those god-awful blank pages, hoping some switch would go off in her mind and her pen would flow. The struggles are writ with invisible ink only the writer sees in her work.
