dearest Chris… yesterday was Hot and Humid… Today at Six AM.. it is Overcast; however, our tall bright Red Rise Crepe Myrtle Tree has grown very High and can be seen from our Master bedroom through our Large Window and appears like a stained glass window in a Cathedral. A Poets Paradise. 💗 love and best wishes, Pat

The Sun will come out tomorrow… you Bet your bottom dollar… as in the Movie “Annie”. gently, Pat
Glorious! yes! sunsets are magical times Chris, aren't they ? Even here in the UK.
You would have been watching exactly the same sunset as I, although a couple of hundred miles away.
The trouble with sunrises at this time of year is that they are so early therefore, I'm guessing many people miss them. However they are equally glorious - a sunset in reverse.
Kind regards, Alan

the promise of more heat on the morrow...
the sun, red as it disappears on the horizon...
with the first word, I imagined an apostrophe was meant.
beautiful picture painted with poetic words.

Marvellous dear Chris how you capture so well this memorable vision. Shades of JMW Turner with this one I feel.
